  MASTERS at Law!!! HIGHLY EFFECTIVE!!!! Words cannot express how appreciative I am for Dalena & Bosch, LLC. My attorney is Jessica Bosch and she provided superb services when handling my relocation case. Trust me, she was worth it and more.   Jessica Bosch is an outstanding attorney. In my initial consultation , she laid out in detail the way my case should proceed. She explained that she would handle it amicably, but if needed she would aggressively protect my interests. What should have been an easy case turned into an adversarial situation and Jessica was right on top of it, protecting my interests in a highly effective and efficient manner. After a what was too long of a journey, the settlement was exactly what she laid out for me in the initial consult!! Throughout the proceedings, Jessica was razor sharp and quick to jump on what needed to be done. She was supportive of me and also gave me clear boundaries for negotiating, etc and did not let me give in to unfair requests (she was my backbone!). During panel review and mediation, she was very assertive (appropriately, but believe me, she will fight for you!!!). She protected my interests and pointed out the other side's unreasonable requests in a clear, direct, and focused manner. (in response to a frivolous motion, she produced what was a legal work of art as a response-- the other side withdrew the motion! Unsubstantiated claims from the other side in emails- not tolerated, she put the facts on the record in proper procedural form). As I said, Jessica is highly effective and efficient as is her staff. Her paralegal was outstanding making sure I had every piece of paper work and guided me through what was needed and when it was needed!! I can only give my highest recommendation for Jessica Bosch.

  Legally savvy and professionally astute! Jessica Bosch is clearly one of the most reputable and fair Family Law Attorneys in the State of New Jersey. During the course of my lengthy divorce process, I retained no less than FIVE attorneys. It was not until I met Jessica that my Case finally begin to work toward an actual resolution. Jessica understood exactly what it took to work with the Adversary in a positive manner to create a WIN-WIN situation for BOTH parties. Divorce in New Jersey will NEVER be resolved in Courtroom: call Jessica immediately if you want to actually create a long-term solution to find the peace and harmony you and your Family truly deserve.

  Jessica Bosch has been know as a legal rising star in Morris County. She sure did prove this statement to be true. Jessica represented us when trying to eliminate or reduce an excessive alimony payment. She was very truthful, thorough and aggressive when needed. She handled herself with grace and respected everyone involved in our several motions and appeal. Her legal knowledge was well appreciated and was spot on. During our Early Settlement panel, Jessica was aggressive when needed. She was wonderful during our economic settlement and when things got tense, Jessica was a true comfort to us and lead us to a fair settlement which saved us from going to a costly and emotional trial.
