  SO MANY THINGS I COULD SAY ABOUT THIS ATTORNEY POSITIVELY. MR SEELEY HAS BEEN MY LANDLORD WHICH I HAD NO PROBLEMS HE ALSO WAS MY MOTHERS ATTORNEY THAT HE REPRESENTED AND OF COURSE HE GAVE THEM A RUN AND WON MY MOTHERS CASE. MR SEELEY DEVOTE HIS SELF TO HIS CLIENTS HE TAKE THE MATTERS THRU THERE. I MYSELF HAS HAD HIM TO REPRESENT ME AND A FIRE CRACKER HE WAS. GREAT JOB SIR. MR SEELEY IS A EXCELLENT ATTORNEY HE GET THE JOB DONE. IF YOU EVER LOOK N FOR THE GOAT CALL HIM UP YOU WONT BE DISSAPPOINTED.

  Seems to know the law and be very competent during the consult. However, he is clearly not a trial attorney. He thought he had an agreement with the opposing party prior to court, so he wasn’t prepared for court on the day of the hearing. Even though several issues were on our side. He never brought up 2 of the crucial legal issues - with documented proof I provided - that would have clearly ended the case in our favor. Instead he fell apart when it was his turn to present evidence. It’s taken almost a year pending appeal with another lawyer. $2K down the toilet and almost a year of suffering for myself and my daughter.
