  They are also rental management.. they suck!!! Took them almost 4 months to fix a light in the kitchen that was leaking water when it rained.. we couldn't use the light because it would put out black smoke .. called them and told them and they said someone would be out sometime that week and noone came so we called again and told them noone came out .. so they said that the guys truck broke down and he couldn't make it ... So a month goes by and still nothing .. so we called again and let them know that the light is still leaking and now we are hearing watch dripping from the wall in the bathroom but don't see and watch on the floor .. (this is a upstairs apartment) so i text the lady down stairs and ask her if there is water leaking in her bathroom , she lets me know that there is ... So i ask her to call the law office and let them know it was leaking in her (down stairs. Apartment) . So she did .... About 3 weeks after that they had some guy comes out to "lookin at" the roof .... 2 more weeks go by and and at 7am there is like 6 people on the roof making noice and hammering and do all kinds of stuff... Noone called us to let us know that they were going to be there doing work. My kids were woken up . I was woken up after working a night shift of work. It was crazy... For 2 days this happend .. so they had someone fix the leake.. but the light in my kitchen was still smokeing black .......... Another month goes by any my husband call them and just so kindly told them that he was going to turn the light on and let the place burn down .. the next day someone came out to fix the light . Took them all of 5 mins to fix......... Was that so hard ??
