  I was recommended to this law office by one of my best friends, and I’m glad I followed their advice. We always say Mr. Warren is our lawyer, and when we first met him, he was very kind and personable. One thing I would recommend to anyone going in for a consultation is to prepare yourself, bring your questions, write things down, and make sure you ask everything you need to ask. Once you retain this lawyer, don’t be afraid to ask as many questions as you need in order to understand the full picture. My family and I have also worked closely with Caesar, and I have to say he is truly a gem in this office. He is extremely kind, professional, and reliable. If he doesn’t know the answer to something, he will honestly tell you, and then he actually follows up. Every single time, he has gotten back to us in less than 24 hours. His communication is outstanding. The only area I think could be improved is the appointment timeliness. When you have an in-office appointment, they don’t always take you at the scheduled time. On one occasion, we waited over an hour past our appointment time. It would be helpful if the office had a system to notify clients if they’re running significantly behind, or if appointments need to be pushed back. Other than that, everyone we have interacted with has been incredibly kind and helpful. And again, Caesar is absolutely amazing. I truly appreciate the support we’ve received from him and the rest of the team.

  My overall experience with this attorney Leonard Warren was disappointing. From the beginning, it felt like the focus was more on fees than on helping with my case. Costs kept increasing, and I was asked for additional payments without clear explanations or noticeable progress. Communication felt transactional, and I didn’t feel supported or guided. I expected a lawyer who would prioritize my situation, but instead it seemed like the financial aspect came first. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this attorney. I hope they work on being more transparent, client-focused, and service-oriented in the future.

  One Star – Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can avoid the same issues. I hired Leonard Warren Attorney to handle my immigration case, and unfortunately, it was a frustrating and costly mistake. From the start, communication was poor. Emails and calls often went unanswered for days or even weeks. When I did manage to get a response, it was vague and unhelpful. I constantly felt like I had to chase them just to get basic updates about my case. The attorney seemed disorganized and unprepared during important steps in the process. There were multiple errors in the paperwork that I had to point out myself — exactly what I was paying them to avoid. Deadlines were missed, and I received conflicting information more than once. I trusted this attorney with something as serious as my immigration status, but they treated it like an afterthought. It caused unnecessary delays, stress, and uncertainty for me and my family. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you're seeking a knowledgeable, professional, and responsive immigration attorney. There are better options out there.
