  If you're looking for an attorney, and you landed on this website. Do yourself the favor and give this lawfirm a call!. You can not find a better, more intelligent, professional, and determined group of attorney's . I was lucky enough to have Kurt, and Monique take my case for a domestic violence charge. Eventually Tim also joined their forces, and the results could not have happened with anyone else!. I am so grateful that they wanted to take my case. My accuser who has multiple family ties to the police that were involved in my so called investigation against me. Kurt, Monique, and Tim were fighting an extremely steep uphill battle. The odds were against me. They spent hours turning over every stone finding out the destruction of evidence, the false statements, and the cover ups pitted against me. They worked for hours over the last two years on the scenes and off to bring the truth out in court. And not once did they ever leave me hanging, they never left me wondering. And most importantly, they never left my side. In my years I have never met a group of people who were so dedicated to their cases. I've never met anyone more dedicated to their profession. They accommodated my work schedule and were always available after hours. In my years I've never had a lawyer do that for me. Other lawyers have their clients call during their hours of business. Kurt, and Monique would answer my calls sometimes even as late as midnight. They would meet on weekends so I never missed a day of work.   The "Dream Team" A must read review! Stop looking for other lawyer and please read this review! A mother's worst nightmare, my 6'1' son accused of DM on a women whose entire family were cops. No lawyers believed my story when I told them my son was inocent of abusing a tiny women had abused my son and not vice versa. However Tim and his associates, Kurt and Monique Olsen believed me. I got response back immediatly when my son was arrested for DM. Kurt Olsen met with me immediatly to hear my story. I was frantic trying to find an attourney to actually listen to my entire story and have the guts to take on such an unbeatable case. I didn't know much about the law but I knew my son was fighting for his life. Immediately I not only had Tim on board to hear my son and I tell our horrible tale. Having lost the first attempt on proving his innocence Kurt was onboard with his wife Monique and Tim appealing the case heard by a judge who was friends of her family. He listened to our entire tale of botched photos of a bruised women, her family of cops in the town the alleged crime took place. Instantly his team went to work and continued to fight with fierceness over the two year ordeal. They met us around our work schedule, Monique responed to every call day and nite reassuring us compassionatly. They explained in detail every event thrown at my son and I. At every court appearence their commitment in proving his innocence increased without letting up. They even took the time answering all questions and sincerly believed and all we informed them of. During the trial between recesses and lunch breaks they stayed by our side, calming us down. Spent hours meeting with us prepping my son for every angle possible the lieing cops and supposed victim accused my son of. The impossible war was flawlessly WON!!!! The three different personalities blended together to destroy their evidence. WE WON!!!!!!!!! My son had his life back, I had my sanity back and Monique stayed on to fite for our grandson's family law case. You MUST HIRE these attourneys. Who beats the cops and a their lieing daughter?   Tim is the definition of outstanding. From his mannerisms to his professional abilities, Tim exceeds expectations. If you find yourself in an unfortunate predicament, even at no fault of your own, he will represent you to the best of his abilities.
