  Attorney Timothy Goulden is the absolute best attorney in NH ,New England area !.He is a caring human being,who listens,explains clearly,is filled with compassion.   If you're looking for an attorney, and you landed on this website. Do yourself the favor and give this lawfirm a call!. You can not find a better, more intelligent, professional, and determined group of attorney's . I was lucky enough to have Kurt, and Monique take my case for a domestic violence charge. Eventually Tim also joined their forces, and the results could not have happened with anyone else!. I am so grateful that they wanted to take my case. My accuser who has multiple family ties to the police that were involved in my so called investigation against me. Kurt, Monique, and Tim were fighting an extremely steep uphill battle. The odds were against me. They spent hours turning over every stone finding out the destruction of evidence, the false statements, and the cover ups pitted against me. They worked for hours over the last two years on the scenes and off to bring the truth out in court. And not once did they ever leave me hanging, they never left me wondering. And most importantly, they never left my side. In my years I have never met a group of people who were so dedicated to their cases. I've never met anyone more dedicated to their profession. They accommodated my work schedule and were always available after hours. In my years I've never had a lawyer do that for me. Other lawyers have their clients call during their hours of business. Kurt, and Monique would answer my calls sometimes even as late as midnight. They would meet on weekends so I never missed a day of work.
