- RVRaf Vargas5 days ago5.0Here is the skinny; Jim is a sharp and relentless lawyer! Extremely difficult divorce, kids involved, military pension, assets, stonewalling, etc. Jim fought hard and managed my ex-wife false sense of expectations in regards to custody, assets, and unrealistic spousal support by using the law, facts, and his vast experience while protecting my rights as a father. He eloquently demonstrated over and over that we as men and fathers have rights as well. We won every hearing and the final judge decision was very welcomed. Case was appealed by the ex-wife twice, all the way to the supreme court to not avail. Highly recommend Jim as he is a straight shooter and will give his absolute best shot to protect you.

He speaks with confidence in court and is very matter of fact with the utmost professionalism. He knows what he’s doing. We started with very little to none visiting time and dealt with extreme control over our childs other parent, now we have a well organized parenting plan that must be followed.
