  - A Retainer Fee for Nothing - I hired Whelan Law Office for a custody case, and I can honestly say it was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. The initial consultation was a masterclass in false confidence. They promised a well-organized, aggressive strategy and made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. I paid a significant retainer fee, believing that their professionalism would pay off. The reality, however, was a complete betrayal of that initial trust. When we got to court, it was like watching a completely different firm at work. My lawyer seemed unprepared and lacked the fight they had promised. They essentially laid down and allowed the opposing counsel to run over our case with little to no resistance. All the promises of a strong defense and a meticulous strategy dissolved into a passive, lackluster performance. My money was spent, my time was wasted, and the outcome was devastating. If you're looking for a law office that will actually fight for you, I'd suggest you keep looking. This firm is all talk and no action. I truly regret trusting them with something as important as my family's future.

  Lawrence is the real deal. He has represented on a number of cases and won every time. He and his staff are amazing, very easy to work with and they are on top of every detail.. In court he is aggressive when necessary,extremely confident, handles himself like a professional and gets the job done. I highly recommend Whelan law.
