- LSLorrie StruveJul 31, 20251.0I would run the other way before ever considering Richard Schicker for legal representation. I was involved in a minor fender bender with him about a month ago, in which he rear-ended me. At the scene, he gave me his driver’s license and business card — but no insurance information. In fact, he repeatedly tried to hand me his medical insurance card instead. Despite multiple attempts to contact him since June 24th to find out how he wants to proceed with his auto insurance, we have received no response. I trusted that, as a lawyer, he would do the right thing. Sadly, that has not been the case. I’m deeply disappointed and feel it’s important to let others know what kind of conduct to expect.
