She showed no willingness to assist—struggled with basic information like spelling, refused to take down my details for the attorney, and declined to provide an email address so I could send over my citation for review and for receiving a quote. This experience left me feeling disrespected and completely dismissed. For anyone looking for a law firm that values professionalism and basic courtesy, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
