  I had the opportunity to work with Scott Brand, and I am very pleased with the outcome of my case. He succeeded in obtaining a dismissal through prosecutorial discretion, relying on an obscure law dating back to 1889 that he meticulously uncovered. His depth of legal knowledge and attention to detail were truly impressive. While his demeanor could occasionally come across as short or brief (helps keep cost down too), it was clear that he takes his work seriously and is fully dedicated to achieving the best possible results for his clients. My only wish is that the legal precedent he discovered had been identified earlier in the process, which might have eased some of the stress and financial burden along the way. I would definitely hire Mr. Brand again. Overall, Mr. Brand is a highly capable and resourceful attorney whose determination and command of the law make him an excellent choice for anyone facing a complex legal matter.

  Great attorney if you're looking to save money! You call, they tell you it's a 24 hour wait while you go through a conflict check. They then inform you that Ross will be the attorney you work with, and a week later you haven't heard a word. But hey, it's not like I informed them that it was an urgent matter... where is the sarcasm font ****EDIT**** After my original post, Ross did call me and talk to me about my situation. He explained that his caseload was excessively busy and that was the reason for the delay. I am fortunate that my situation was urgent but not emergency. Ross did discuss my situation with me and gave me advice on the best direction to go and I am going to update my review from 1 star to 4, based on the willingness he had to focus on my situation and the rapid nature of his communication. Unfortunately, I can not give 5 as I do not view busy days as an excuse to let a customer languish with no communication.
