  I’m giving these guys a one, only because there are no negative stars allowed. This outfit is awful. My brother is a 100% disabled veteran who needed a simple health care directive, will, and power of attorney. The documents were so full of errors and typo’s the V.A. wouldn’t accept it. My brother was in intensive care and the law firm took weeks to correct the documents!!! I only got the corrections by showing up in person and threatening to report them to the ND Bar! These guys shouldn’t be allowed to practice law North Dakota!

  I was referred to Ashley well into my divorce proceedings. She took on the case, which involved 13 years of marriage, children, property, fraud and slander, while being very considerate of my financial situation and prior arrangements with the attorney that referred me. Through the process, she took the time to get to know me and what was important to me. She advocated for that, persistently, and advised me well beyond what might be generally required of her role. This included personal advice, such as living arrangements and employment, and anything that would facilitate what mattered to me most, time with my children. While my divorce is "settled," many things remain unresolved between I and my former spouse. Ashley continues to be supportive, helping me to navigate into what I hope my new normal will become. I would recommend Ashley to anyone needing legal counsel for family law issues.
