  Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney, which says a lot considering I've worked with many (including public defenders). I gave Jim thousands of dollars, was ignored for several months (many many unanswered emails and calls), was ordered to go to mediation, which he never set up so was never able to go, didn't hear back from him until a few weeks before court, mind you the case was stretched out from May until January, and then he came to court completely unprepared. Since court on 1/13, I have called and emailed multiple times to get an itemized invoice to see what my retainer money went towards because I know there is no way I used it all up and am yet again being completely ignored. I'm disgusted at how my case was handled and hope no one else has to go through such poor representation! This guy should not be in practice!

  Jim is great. He helped me as best he could and then referred me to an expert that I needed to move forward.

  Slowest attorney I have ever seen. He says he will do it by to he next day but you have to wait a month for him to do anything. Best part is, he isn't even my attorney he is me ex's attorney! How often is a defendant irritated with the speed of the plantiffs attorney...

  I must say I have not had the worst, but sure have not had the best experience here. I felt he was very unorganized and never felt like he made me an important client. Divorce was final in Dec. Never did let me know it was final, I had to call. Then sent me a e-mail with the papers in it. That was the end of Dec. I am still waiting to hear about my 4O1K. I have called, e-mailed and does not reply.
