  I had a small claim that no attorney would take because of the low dollar amount. Randy was so kind, compassionate, and professional. He spoke with me on several occasions, gave me some really good advice, and didn't charge me a dime. After 6 months of trying to navigate the very daunting legal system on my own, I was able to get my claim settled satisfactorily. I cannot say enough about Randy's expertise and guidance. Being transplants from NJ, we didn't know who we would use for an attorney should we ever need one for a larger matter. Now we know.

  I contacted this law firm several times. The administrative staff kept promising that Attorney Randolph would return my calls, but I only heard back after persistent follow-ups by phone. When I finally spoke with him, he asked me to send details about my case via email. After doing so, I received no meaningful follow-up, just a brief dismissal stating that my case wasn’t strong and that the builder didn’t have to rectify the issues within our home. The lack of dismissiveness, and responsiveness was incredibly frustrating. Please don’t waste your time with this lawyer or firm.

  I got some good advice free. He was so helpful with all my questions. Hard to find attorneys that really care more about your problem then your wallet. We talked for close to 30 mins. $$ was never mentioned ,the advice was priceless. Thank you Mr James

He answered all the questions clearly and precisely, leaving no doubts about some business decisions in question. Very efficient and personally pleasant to speak with. Oh, and the last, but not the least - for some of us, who could get a bit confused about city-street parking - you will enjoy the drive and the hospitality of a designated parking spaces right next to the office building - when in a rush - it cannot be under-estimated!
