  I am in need of an attorney for disability and dealing with Biggins was a horrible experience. I could barely get my words out without her immediately making assumptions. Communication on Biggins end was horrible as well. You better know your stuff before going in there because she sure won’t help you any.

  She's helping me handle me and my friends traffic charge and our FTA that we had she is doing very well at handling it and resolving the problem we appreciate her for everything she is doing for us thank you Mrs.Susan Biggers

  I wanted to write how great this firm was in handling my divorce, it is always a trying experience and not always a pleasant action to take. Deaton and Biggers handled it professionally and with great understanding. I am very appreciative for their work and their handling of all the activities.

  They are terrible. The paralegal is so over worked she lost some of my info as well as didnt even take down info i came in to give her. When doing my hearing prep she was rude and yelled at me . Then called back after hours to apologize . Once they did call back the lawyer Susan didnt want to drop my case because if i go and in without her she didnt want to miss out on the money. She didnt want to go because her paralegal wait till a week before my hearing to get my records . Susan told me she was going to the hearing and that since i can't get a ride "It Doesn't Matter does it ?" and i was supposed to have a phone hearing. So now a week before my hearing i have no lawyer or case to go off of . I dont have my records which will take 10-15 days . I have no hope of getting the only thing that may have been keeping me from being homeless again i tried working but that didnt stick so now my child and i have no where to go or any money .
