  Paid her 10,000 for my son's case and all she did was continue my son's case 3 times over the phone and 3 in person and then got suspended ....refused to give me any of my money back and a court appointed lawyer got my son's case taken care of .....I do not recommend at all ...Just a legal thief in my opinion ...ill be reaching out to the board and see if there's anything I can do

  Look elsewhere for an attorney. These folks will lead you on to believe that you are getting somewhere with your case only to be told that there is nothing that can do once they get money from you.

  AVOID THIS FIRM AT ALL COSTS! Atty Phair took on our very complicated child custody case and took our money for TWO YEARS with no end in sight for the case! We were constantly getting continued again and again because this woman was running us around in circles. She lost sight of the main point (the children) and started perusing the defending party off of some rumors and little evidence. She also waited until the very last minute to tell us (in the middle of our heated case) that she was being suspended! Please avoid this firm!

  I hired Ms. Phair to represent me and she accepted my case knowing that she was going back & forth to court for herself. She knew this because she told me that her colleague Princess Smith would be the one working with me and going to court with me. She told me I was because she had criminal cases & court. When the time came for me to start working there was no Princess Smith. I didn't think anything about it because I thought maybe it was just a change in the schedule. I told her my financial situation prior and how I would even have to save up money to hire her because I am a disabled single mom to an autistic child. After I saved up the money I returned to hire her. Just a couple months after taking my case her license got suspended!!! So now here I am in a really bad situation without a lawyer!!! She only refunded SOME of my money. Not even enough to hire another lawyer. When I started calling other lawyers to inquire about their help they (I had several) would ask who was my prior attorney and they had nothing good to say. Now I am faced with some major decisions here because I do not have the money to hire another attorney. Ms. Phair was wrong & I feel like I was taken advantage of!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!!!!!! She said she will be able to practice again in July.
