Gabe was attentive and thorough in handling my Workers Comp case. He kept me updated on the progress and collaborated well with me. He was always responsive to my many questions and my concerns about the Medicare set-aside funds and/ or understanding documents. Gabe was always prepared for our conversations and demonstrated lots of patience. Communication was effective and I liked listening to him talk out-loud the best strategy. Gabe was a competent negotiator. He also had a sense of humor, which was refreshing. I would recommend Gabe and his expertise to any clients. David Lopez was also supportive , competent and attentive to resolving any questions and explanations of any forms or next steps we were assigned to accomplish together. In addition, the Whitley Law firm staff were routinely very helpful. Over all a good experience with Gabe Talton and David Lopez. JHF
