  The Lawyer You Need for a Complicated Family Law Case Steve Mansbery is a very effective family lawyer. He always listens to what I have to say, and gathers information from our conversations to turn my emotional argument into a reasonable, rational argument for the courtroom. He offers his realistic perspective on the situation, is always straightforward with what to expect, and has always provided us with several options before we move forward with the game plan. Family law is not easy, but Steve Mansbery makes it easy. I don’t know where we would be without Steve fighting our battles.

  After my initial consultation with Steve Mansbery, I knew immediately that he was the best attorney for me. He pored over reams of documents and learned the specifics of my case - which included child custody, child support, equitable distribution and extraordinary circumstances - and developed a legal strategy and path forward. Thirty days later, Mr. Mansbery was in court representing me. He knows the technicalities and intricate details of complicated divorce law. His brilliant financial mind proved to be important during the equitable distribution phase of my case. Mr. Mansbery’s consummate professionalism and strong negotiation skills led to many favorable rulings in court. From the first day he represented me until the last, he was absolutely amazing.   I owe my children’s bright futures to Steve! When I started my divorce process I was married to an attorney and I was definitely being taken advantage of. The law was not being followed due to certain associations that my ex husband had in our town (not Wake County). Steve thoroughly researched the state case laws and found a case that supported me. He was so confident that this case law was on my side that I decided to take it all the way to the NC Court of Appeals. And we WON! My kids could finally call Wake County home and they are thriving in the school system here. I think most lawyers might have given up seeing what we were up against, but Steve didn’t!
