- DGD GFeb 20, 20261.0I went through their intake process and they hounded me for months because they wanted my case. They said I could not speak to any attorney until I signed the contract which I did. Three weeks later and they still have not even sent a letter of representation to my insurance company. I have not even spoken with anybody in the state of North Carolina let alone anyone with any type of legal degree or credentials. I will be making a complaint to the Bar Association. They have caused so much damage to my case because of this three week delay in responding to anyone and have missed two major deadlines now, but they assured me were being taken care of. Total scam, total fraud.

Highly unprofessional would not recommend working with this firm.
