  I consulted with Arianna while already retained by another lawyer, mainly as a means of having a second opinion. I was partly expecting a firm sales pitch and beating around the bush with my "tough" questions, but what I got was a very honest, empathetic viewpoint from someone who clearly cared about her work and clients. Most lawyers I would expect to try to convince a person to retain them regardless of how well or poorly their current lawyer was doing, but Arianna provided exactly what I was looking for: well educated feedback on legal process. I will be sticking with my current lawyer, mainly because of how honest, professional, and straightforward Arianna was about the difficulties and state of my case, but I would STRONGLY recommend her to anyone involved in a custody matter in Wake county. She is the kind of person you want on your side when you are pursuing custody of a loved one.

  It was a great pleasure to work with Arianna Pearson and her legal team. Ms Pearson is all you want and need in an attorney as she is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. With Arianna’s expertise and knowledge of the situation, she advised me of the possible outcome, was honest and clear in her assessment. She made herself available by e-mail, phone or in person taking so much of the stress out of this process. She will work with you toward finding the best solution for you and the situation.   We have been working with Jack for a few months now and are extremely happy with his services. Although our case is still on going, we feel comfortable to give him this 5 stars review based on the work he has done for us so far. Jack is honest and efficient with his hours. He is also patient, reassuring and great at explaining things, and from what I have seen, excellent at pleading as well. I would highly recommend him as an attorney!

  I have always been very uncertain and doubtful about lawyers. Kisha Patel has wowed not only me but my wife as well. Usually lawyers are full of ego and speak smart but Kisha was very polite, always smiling and her down to earth nature made me feel more comfortable discussing my case. I felt I was talking to a close friend or family member. She asked us detailed questions and gave resources and clear directions to help us collect information that would help. She prepared well and was very organized and professional when questioning in the courtroom. She helped us revise what we would be expecting and questions we would be asked. In the short amount of time we have known her she has made a mark as a lawyer and I would be more than happy to use her expertise in my legal matters and refer friends to her as well.   In January, I made the decision to seek full custody of my twin daughters. I had no idea where their biological father was located. His entire name, social security number, and state he was born in, were the only pieces of information I had. I now have sole legal and physical custody of my children thanks to Ms. Patel and the McIlveen Family Law Firm's efforts. They were exceedingly comprehensive and well-prepared for our case.  If anyone needs help with a comparable process, I would highly recommend Ms. KISHA PATEL. She is incredible!!!!
