  6/13 Catching you up on the latest events Howard. Linda Johnson of Senter, Stephenson and Johnson who was appointed by Clerk of Court Todd Maness as guardian of the estate has docked my stipend $888 since she started fronting for Cypress Bank. As you know, the fraudulent insurance policy involving the Charles Crane Insurance policy which was set up by NCSECU/Members Trust Company in January of 2018. That incident alone involves Insurance fraud and RICO statutes in the states of NC, MO and FL. With three states involved in the fraud the crimes grow to include Federal mail and wire fraud and whatever Federal crimes go along with mail and wire fraud. Notice the initial financial statement from Still Creek Advisors. Still Creek Advisors was created by my brother Alan Fenner Boyd and John W. Scott. That statement is fraudulent on four counts: 1-NCSECU/Members Trust Company held the trust assets through 6/30/20. 2-Transactions occurred before the Mildred Cole Boyd Revocable Trust was even created. 3.The house within the Mildred Cole Boyd Revocable Trust isn't included in the statement. 4-Transactions occurred before Still Creek Advisors was created. 5-A Fidelity Investments account related to the Mildred Cole Boyd Revocable Trust that is being investigated by NC Secretary of State Securities Investigator William Baker does not show on the statement. Linda Johnson was appointed by Moore County Clerk Todd Maness as giardian of the estate as the Moore County Sheriff's Department, Moore County Clerk and Moore County DSS all ignore evidence of fraud. Matthew Rothbeind of Carthage was appointed as my lawyer for a guardianship. Rothbeind clearly did not enter exculpatory evidence of the fraud which would have ended the multi-year, multi-state and multi-financial institution fraud scheme and the guardianship. For his efforts, Matthew Rothbeind was paid over $13,000 by Moore County Clerk and arranged to have my stipend cut by $111 per week. The trust states I'm to receive $2,000 a month. There's a big difference between the stated $2,000 and Linda Johnson cutting my stiped to $350 per month WITH the blessings of Moore County Clerk Todd Maness. Matthew Rothbeind nor the Moore County Clerks office have produced any paper work of this hearing. Moore County Depury Victoria Price was subpoenaed in this hearing. Just as with Matthew failing to enter exculpatory evidence, Deputy Price obviously failed to enter documents from Moore County case 2020-01427 or this would all be over. Deputy Victoria Price was at my home over a year ago with three other deputies. I gave Deputy Victoria Price the Charles Crane documents. Deputy Price told me in multiple discussions following that visit that the Moore County Sheriff's Department would not be co-operating with Missouri or Florida or even Wake County. Senter, Stephenson and Johnson are just the latest in a five year long list of lawyers who have ignored these documents and receive payments from a Trust that is invalid from the initial financial statement from NCSECU/Members Trust Company in January of 2018.
