My first encounter was October 2019 with my mother who 6 months prior had been given 8 months to a year to live due to a 5 year battle with cancer. We made the appointment to get advice on making sure the home that I grew up in and my mother worked hard for, stayed in the family. This was an emotional time for both of us. Mr. Harvell and his staff went out of there way to make us as comfortable as possible. He explained all of our concerns in detail and in terms that we would understand. He didn’t “sugar coat” anything and told us things that could possibly go wrong. Which that was what I wanted. I didn’t want to be blindsided down the road. My mother passed in December. So far2020 had been a terrible year for me. I went to see Mr. Harvell today to see what I need to do to move forward with the estate and to make sure I was handling everything correctly and the house etc were secure. The meeting made me feel so much better. He set my mind at ease. It is an amazing feeling to know if I have Any concerns or questions he’s just a phone call away. I will definitely be able to have a good night sleep tonight. I recommend if you are in a similar situation and you’re not sure of the laws or what you need to do just go in and talk to him. If he can’t help him and his staff will definitely point you in the right direction
