- GPGeorge PapastratJul 25, 20241.0The only reason there is 1 star, is due to the fact I would like someone to actually read this review. I used then to purchase my business, Tideline Marine. The seller did not have an attorney but agreed to move forward. When there was an issue with the contract after closing Kevin stated he represented both of us, and could not help. Last time I checked, if I am the one who paid you, the other party did not, your my attorney. Then Kevin wrote a one liner to me saying he can no help but then wrote a letter to the court about how he was both our attorneys, and he did not see how he could help. As I report the other two parties to the NC Bar, Kevin will also be reported for lack of due-diligence. That and we were on a committee with them for Chamber of Commerece, split giving some awards. Stil have yet to receive their portion of the awards our business paid for.
