- JNJoe TV NowMay 29, 20251.0I'm going to keep this short because there is a lot of frustration at this point. I have used Truman in the past and have had zero issues with him and close on 2 properties with him. However, or the last month I have had to fire him from two jobs for no communication after multiple emails and texts requesting information. I had a off market property I was trying to move fast on and Truman took weeks to call the number I provided him and I got follow up questions for the seller asking for updates. Every time I call him he says he is either in a meeting or not in front of his desk he will call me back at a specific time and never does (that happened like 5 times in a row). The seller and I final agreed to fire him and go to another attorney to handle this closing. I have never worked with a lawyer or any professional services for that has shown this much lack of professionalism. Its just uncalled for. I’m not sure what is going on with him or maybe someone quit but I will not be calling him back for any of my real estate needs. There are too many good, reliable attorneys out there. He almost cost me the deal with there is no excuse for.
