  Truman Barker has been the most reliable, responsive, and consistent closing attorney we have worked with in the state of NC. We do multiple closings with him every month and no matter the situation he comes across, he always has a resolution. Could not say more good things about him and his office!

  This attorney is the most dirty dealing attorney around. Please steer clear. He is a very crooked attorney and I had to continue calling over and over for him to give me my money from the sale of my home. They tried to keep $10,000 from my home sale and kept giving me the run around of why he couldn’t pay it. He tried to find everything possible to give me less and I had to keep demanding my money from him. I have made a complaint with the law board for multiple breaches of contract and for other things that will be shared at a later time. He is very unprofessional.

  Don’t ever work with this company. I’ve been involved in over 500 transactions and this is by far the most incompetent title I’ve ever worked with. Our deal closed 3 weeks ago. Mail is backed up due to a snow storm and we asked weeks ago to cancel the checks and send wires instead. They’re refusing to do so. They are lazy and take days to reply to emails.
