- CGcoco gAug 29, 20171.0We emailed twice to setup and appointment, we didn't receive in answer and in more than a week, after this we had to drive up to the office and got told we would get called to recieve an appointment date, when we got a call they told us the date and time for appointment and when we go there apparently we didnt "confirm" the appointment, and on that one call we had already confirmed on the date and time given, wish there would be more seriousness with making appointments.
