I had already done my research I was merely looking for an attorney to file the proper paperwork. So I go in to the consultation with half of the costs in hand and the gentleman was everything BUT enthusiastic about me being there. He only had negative things to say to me. Basically telling me that bankruptcy was not going to help me. He must have not known that I had $850 on hand and was prepared to start my case right then. I dont know what his problem was but before I got irate I decided to leave thw office. Once Im standing outside he comes outside and begins to verbally assault me. I guess he was upset that I told him I would find me an attorney that would be a little more enthusiastic about representing me. Please travel to Raleigh or Durham and find you another attorney. I think these people that because they are in lil ole Henderson people wont look for help elsewhere. I came back to edit my post. Just so consumers know the truth. Before I wrote the original review there were NO REVIEWS on Google. IMMEDIATELY after I published my review and ALL of a sudden other reviews miraculously appeared. All of those reviews were "stellar" reviews to say the least. I hope future potential consumers are wise enough to see that those "stellar" reviews are by employees, friends, family members or those otherwise associated with Wooten & Wooten. Maybe they even paid someone for those reviews. Dont be fooled people.... This company went from no reviews to EXCELLENT reviews IMMEDIATLY AFTER they got one star from me. I would have given them no stars if I could have. Anyway... BUYERS BEWARE!!!
