  I hired Jay Audino to represent me for a matter in Pitt I was going up against DSS in Pitt county I felt like they were railroading me an my 15 year old grandson. I try to handle the matter by myself with no luck from the first time I step in Jay office he was kind personal a professional. I can’t say enough about his staff when I would call in to the office they were friendly they relay the messages to Jay he would call me back in a timely manner. The professionalism in the courtroom was unbelievable he did everything he told he was going to do.And yes we WON AGAINST PITT COUNTY DSS can’t say enough good things about the law firm of Miller&Audino, LLLP

  Jay came highly recommended from a few different people that I knew. Have nothing but positive things to say about Jay professionally and personally. I was very pleased with the work that he did, and the outcome of my case. Should anything arise in the future I will definitely use Jay again!

  The degree of deception, manipulation and pure evil isn’t good enough about Jay Audino. He takes a father of three who does anything and everything for his children, I.e., coaching, conversing, hugging, teaching, listening, vacations, healthy meals and much more, and twists issues without legal justification. Why? He was given notice to his unconstitutional tactics by the father. Since this time, Audino along with Judge Mario Perez, has attempted to pressure, and caused the father to lose his first attorney. In fact, in front of Audino, the judge told the fathers attorney to “step down!” This is a violation of the fathers Right To Counsel! Audino likes to send messages to the father to attempt to put him under duress. This is how I perceive it. Is there any other reason? Audino had his client lie about the school form a parent signs to attend the school claiming the father had to sign it in order for the children to attend. The very next day the mother took the form to the school without the fathers signature and enrolled the two children. Audino knows the law and procedures as he is/was a foster parent. He also requires the oldest child to see a therapist that is not qualified for the directive given in the order. Audino attempted to delay hearing last fall claiming he was going to Western NC to help after flooding. Fathers attorney was going back and forth playing the game also. Fathers law firm corrupted with Audino also tried to delay. Fathers psych eval proved he IS the better parent. More to come….
