  *UPDATE* our original case started in 4/23, we had our final trial in 8/25 (length of time was 100% due to my ex husband’s shenanigans). 5 months after our final order was filed, my ex is dragging everyone back into the courtroom with more shenanigans. Jay has handled all of the chaos and mess professionally, and has even offered guidance and grace to my ex, from a parent’s perspective. He has always been patient, kind, understanding, and an absolute “bull dog” when it was necessary. If anyone knows me, or my family, they can attest to the patience, understanding, and absolute skill required to deal with the mess of a custody case that Jay took on without hesitation. *ORIGINAL* Jay Audino has been a Godsend, and that is to say the least. He’s fair, will give you the facts and “how it is” straight with no run around or sugar coating. I understand any of the negative reviews have come from opposing parties, take that how you will. Clearly his clients are very pleased with the services he provides. He is a Godly man, but most importantly realistic and only has the best interest of the parties involved. He will fight for what is in the best interest of any child regardless of someone’s hurt feelings. I highly recommend him and this practice. Sandra and Susie are also amazing, prompt, knowledgeable, and available any time I’ve ever needed them!

  Wish I could give 0 stars, gentlemen is fraud. I had a custody case that moved forward without me, while in jail with ex friend. 3 months after custody case moved forward without me in court, (proof that attorney attempted to get me to court is incomplete, not to mention Rick Lail startedthe Writ 2 days beforemy court date....) all charges were Dismissed against me and my ex friend. These people think it's over and it's not. I will keep fighting until Justice ⚖️ is served I have back full custody of my baby boy, who was removed from whom the system placed him with due to ABUSE.
