  They have taken so long with my case and there is a lack of communication, and it seems like they have a problem when you call them to find out information about your own case, I lost my job, my apt, and my car because of the accident and they do not care one bit and I still have yet to receive my settlement I will not recommend them to anyone

  I chose Bowden and Associates based upon a friend’s referral. Almost immediately, I knew I had made a huge mistake. Hindsight, I should have ended things with them and chose another firm. Shanika was the absolute worst. She was rude, dry and unprofessional. She was very short with me often. Bowden and Associates had problems getting my medical records. So I told them I could get them more quickly. She was not having it. Even Mr Bowden stated that I could not request my on records. He stated that was just not something they ask the client to do. However, I could have gotten them quicker and without the huge price tag. It took them almost 6 months to get my records and they charged me over $1100 to do so. I have not had to deal with a lot of court cases. But the firm that handled my worker’s comp case, allowed me to help them get my medical records and there was not any wait time or charges. In the very first meeting, Mr Bowden told me a figure that I would get for loss wages. Later on, they told me this was a mistake and I more than likely would not get those loss wages according to NC law. I feel like if I am hiring you and you are the expert in this field, there is no room for that type of mis information and errors. I was so happy when Celeste was assigned to my case. She truly was the only bright spot at Bowden and Associates. Kind, professional, and knowledgeable. It took two and half years to settle my case. I feel like no one was actually fighting for me. I feel I did not get a fair settlement. I didn’t not even get my loss wages. At this point I just wanted it over. I cannot in good conscience recommend this firm and I will never use them again. I could give a 2.5 I would, but there is no way I can fairly give them a 3.

  I had an injury case, and my attorney and the entire team were amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and always kept me informed. They made a difficult and stressful process much easier and truly had my best interest at heart. I’m very grateful for their support and would highly recommend them.
