When choosing your attorney, look for one who is capable of both approaches, but who is always willing to go to court to argue your side. At James H. Cooke Jr., Attorney At Law, our attorney, James H. Cooke, has spent more than 40 years becoming an established part of the Fayetteville legal community. During that time, he has negotiated many divorces and other family law disagreements in his clients’ favor. Just as importantly, he has litigated countless matters that required the experience of a veteran trial attorney. With so much experience both negotiating agreements and trying cases in North Carolina family court, he intuitively understands how to approach each of our client’s cases.
I want to thank James Cooke Jr Attorney at Law and his staff for their attention to details with my case. Mr. Cooke always followed up keeping me well informed on my case. He was always accessible communication was great and follow-up. I appreciate all of his hard work and dedication to my situation to deliver the outcome that was acceptable. I would highly recommend James Cooke Jr and his staff for any legal needs.
Sincerely Jack Kris Thornton.

I don't think a 5 star rating is good enough for this law firm. Not only did Mr. Cooke do exactly what he said he was going to do, but his paralegals crushed it too. I could have easily gotten raked over the coals but he didn't let it happen. The paralegals combed through everything helping and making sure my case was air tight. Thank you again to the cooke law firm for all their hard work.
