  Incredibly frustrating. I called to share with them that I was told by a lawyer advice line that I have a very strong case and wanted to see if they would represent me. I was never contacted. I called several times and was told someone would reach out and nobody did. Then they said they'd have someone call me, but if they were really looking at the records (after painfully listening to them spell out my full name on each call) they would have seen they needed to email me and not call. When Kristin took the intake call, I specified the reason for this and why email was the best way to reach me. I explained I could set the up to access me by phone if we end up working together. Clearly, it was ignored. I called back today and the girl kept insisting I knew who I needed to speak with. She kept asking for who I needed to speak with. All I could say was "with a lawyer". It was incredibly awkward. She knew I had called looking for a lawyer for my case. I wasn't assigned to one, so how could I know who to ask for? It doesn't seem like they have it together at this office. Maybe the lawyers are good, I don't know 🤷 But they are losing strong cases because of the people answering the phones.
