  This place is nothing more than a cash grab feeding false information and some of them caused me more problems than they were worth. I scheduled a consult with them to see about having a simple postnuptial drafted for future endeavors of my own. I went to them because they were suppose to be the best. My wife and I had already agreed with what we wanted in this agreement and I had that to present to them. I requested to see Heather but they said she was too busy and that I needed to see Reagan instead. I asked are they sure Reagan would be able to handle things and I’m not just being passed off and the response i got back was if she wasn’t as good we wouldn’t have hired her. I met with Reagan and there were several questions she couldn’t answer and would have to look into but couldn’t tell me until I paid them a retainer. She informed me that my wife would need to book her own attorney so there wouldn’t be a conflict which made sense. The part that didn’t make sense was that she told me my wife needed to move out of the house and we had to stay separated while this process was taking place. I told my wife and explained to her it didn’t sound right to me but if it was normal we needed to follow the rules and she agreed it didn’t sound right. My wife booked an attorney which informed her what Reagan said was ok to be in a postnuptial was not ok and that a judge wouldn’t allow it. She also informed my wife that there was no need for her to move out for this process. Which we already kindof figured however this caused speculation on my wife’s end towards me. Not issues I wanted! When I called back and spoke with Cindy the receptionist to get clarification it seems as if her job is nothing more to take payment or get you off the phone. She said Raegan would call me back and clarify. Several hours later I got a call back from Cindy stating Reagan is willing to meet with you again to clarify but you need to pay another $750 consult fee. Again just more money. Stay away from this firm. The money you spend isn’t worth the information you get!

  While not a client of this firm, I did pay a retainer that they charged my son and daughter-in-law. It was a large amount to me. My son died with-in a few days of this payment, so his case did not go before a judge. I asked if there was any refund that I could get. I was told that they worked very hard for their client and earned this large fee, and that I was not entitled to any refund. I feel that to do what they did, only took a few hours to accomplish, and that I should receive some money back.
