  Dragged a lawsuit out years to file and when he finally did, he didn't interview anyone or do discovery properly then let the other party get a dismissal without a fight and won't appeal.

  I was the Chief Executive Officer for Collective Momentum Counseling Services. I have since retired, but used the Montgomery Law Firm Services on several occasions. I call him Eric as I describe him as personable because of his genuine interest in my legal concerns. He is accessible and promptly returns calls when unavailable.
