I'll find somebody else, called and because she couldn't answer my questions she told me that I would need to come in and have a $300 consultation before they could tell me if they could assist or not. The gatekeepers should know and understand the law in which their firms practice. Please don't answer phones just to take messages and make appointments.

Be aware you have to pay your $300 consultation fee upfront so he can get paid for dosing off to sleep during your one on one meeting while you are explaining your situation to him in details . I did everything he asked me to do and sent my time line before my scheduled appointment. I'm not even sure if he read it. He told me in order to move forward, and send a letter out to my employer it would cost $1000. I continue to follow up with Mr. Montgomery regarding my situation he never returned any of my phone calls after leaving messages with his paralegal Cheryl. He don't mind taking your money but if you are serious and looking for a attorney to be in your corner and start working for you ....unless you got time to waste... RUN He will not have you or your case at his best interest. Update: @ International Fashion Stylists Assoc this is not a fake review I am speaking from my personal experience. Eric Montgomery took my money and did not respresent me as promised. Thank you
