AND THERE ARE NO HAND RAILS, WHICH MAKES THE JOURNEY DOWN THE STEPS QUITE HAZARDOUS, perhaps a ADA violation. Why are the offices on the second floor? The set-up is neat, modern and professional, but I get the impression that they grind out their work as quickly as possible. I wonder about the employee turnover rate, including - and maybe especially - the junior attorneys. The free ball-point pens are great.
