I called a couple is times for an update. Each time I was told it was still under review and also found incorrect information recorded. It was to be corrected. In the beginning I was told if they didn’t take the case they would refer me to someone LOCALLY to assist me. Now today I called again and after being questioned again about details they already had the person I talked to said that could not take the case but couldn’t say why. Ok fine but when asked for the promised referral I was texted the Bar Association in SC 😳. I live in NC. Neither are local. If you do call them be prepared for your call to be disconnected numerous times Don’t waste your time with M & M.

Rude case manager, non-participatory attorney, didn’t pay off my full medical bills and made them MY responsibility when I was NOT at fault for the accident, etc. Way to go, Morgan & Morgan. Maybe y’all should vet your firms a bit better before you go making horrible referrals.
