  Mr. Hemenway and his family have been a blessing to my siblings and I. We went through a year and a half long probate and he protected us and delivered results through a very complicated time. He always responds to emails and phone calls and is great at keeping you updated. I would highly recommend him and I am appreciative of his efforts.

  Unprofessional and poor communication throught the entire sale process. Charged me a fee to wire funds when the check was mailed via Fedex. Was unwilling to correct the discrepancy. Charge me a $295 fee as the selling which the buyer agreed to pay which included a $95.00 expedite fee this office decided was necessary. Closed and funded before the Settlement Statement was signed so corrections could not be made without risking other financial losses on the sellers side.
