  I've never hired an attorney for anything, especially a separation, but Kylee was a life saver! She really looks out for her client's best interest. She may be tiny, but she means business and she's also super sweet at the same time. Love her and hopefully I never need her services again, but thankful I had her when I did and would absolutely hire her again. Side note - she may seem expensive at first, but she did a better job and was cheaper than my husband's attorney who was terrible lol She's absolutely worth every penny!

  In my opinion it was the absolute worst consultation I have ever had. The lawyer was very confrontational and kept telling me that I was cutting her off but in reality she was cutting me off. I am unsure why they would even take my case if they could do nothing for me. I have never been so upset after talking to a lawyer.

  It is a professionals job to full encompass its entity. Emotional or not, the law is the law and there was a serious lack in professionalism guiding my very appropriate fears for my child. It didn’t stop there it even progressed to attacking the vulnerability and it plainly scared me more. .Very unprofessional experience with little to no help in my case with a daughter. A hired lawyer has no place to be degrading paid and retained clients. Yes, channel, and shape emotions, but emotions are high in divorce. It’s the court the lawyer picks, such ans this one and there was a serious lack reguarding that responsibility to clients. It’s suppressive in it an own.

  Kylee Vara was my divorce attorney. My divorce was difficult and contentious. I am in California and my ex is in Montana where she filed. Kylee Vara was extremely helpful throughout the process. She and I worked primarily through phone calls and emails. She helped me understand the Montana process, rules, and laws and patiently explained, sometimes several times, what needed to be done. Kylee encouraged me throughout the process recommending what would be possible and best, based on what I believed and wanted. She was honest with me at all times, whether I wanted to hear what she had to say or not. I felt well represented and highly recommend her and Harshbarger Law Firm.
