- ZLZhu LiMar 24, 20261.0If I could give no star I would. I hired Jason Ruiz to handle my car accident. He has been rude to me and my husband numerous times. At one point he even hang up on me when he called me to “explain” something I had a question with. But during the phone which he dialed, he was also insulting me the whole time. Him and his assistant would blow up my phone to get me sign the paperwork so they can get paid as soon as possible—even though I already told both him and his assistant we needed more time to review because we just relocated to another state. It feels like they were trying to get through as many cases as possible so they can get paid more than doing their client right. I also feel I was attacked verbally by him. Not sure if it was because he was racist against me as a female minority. Pic of text from him for just one out of many instances of him being rude.
