- RTR ThomasOct 29, 20241.0Mr.Engell was chosen by my sister to open and close an intestate estate. There are 3 heirs to the estate that has been identified so there are 3 people who are his clients. Mr. Engell does not respond inquiries made with the estate. My sister is the administrator of the estate however there are 3 of us he is representing in court. He is slow in his work and had neglected to submit all forms in a timely matter. I cannot in good conscience recommend him to anyone who won't keep all the estate's heirs in the loop for expected information. I also intend to file a complaint against his license for faiure to support ALL his clients in this matter.
