- JCJesslyn CourseMay 2, 20241.0Completely distasteful service. I spoke with a lady for 21 minutes and was cut off, talked over & hung up on. I called back to get her name was told I didn’t speak to anyone there. It had to have been Kathleen Conway. They weren’t knowledgeable and couldn’t articulate the law and procedures. Please don’t waste your money or time. The call was documented and recorded, so the response to my review is false. Kathleen definitely gave horrible legal advice. She’s is wanting to save face but in that phone call she was disgusting and belittling to say the least. Of course they would treat you better once they get your money (once you’re a client), but to be very rude to someone seeking help (before you’re hired) says a lot about Kathleen’s character and the integrity of this business.
