However, he does not utilize text or email to assist with the process, nor did I feel that he would fight for me with regard to fairness in my divorce. My situation was very difficult, and I was not advised well, or at all in some cases, regarding state divorce statutes and laws before agreeing to an out-of-court temporary order. Consequently, I was put in a difficult financial situation. I would frequently report harassment from my soon-to-be ex, yet he still drug his feet on getting the process to trial, which never occurred until after I sought new counsel. I had to do much of my own research. After 5 months of little to no communication or action and mounting financial stress as a result of poor counsel, I declined his services and sought new counsel.
