  The attorney that was assigned/handle my case I found latter that he did very little work and some questionable actions.... The worst is that he truly did not do the best work, I found out later that if he did the proper work my case had a much higher value, he never told me because he either not know or did not want to do the work. After 2 surgeries over a year waiting, he never went after the insurance company hard, never went after the coverage I had with my insurance, plus if he knew the law (as I later found out) he could had gone after the company that used the transportation company that caused my accident. I never knew that this type of attorneys were either lazy or that just want the quick settlement with the least amount of work. I would never recommend using this particular office or firm(either Maloney knows or don't really care about clients)since it appears that there is no oversight about the process in their office. I was unfortunately injured in a different accident last year, I was told to call a specific attorney who educated me on what the limits for this type of claim in Mississippi and how to truly get the best results for you, yes the more they get for you the more they get as well.... I asked them to review my case that was settled by Maloney Lyons( Mr Lewis was the attorney) After they reviewed the case and looking at all documents from Maloney (I had a copy of the file)they said with out a doubt this case was worth more than 10 times what is settled for. Don't trust them, get a second opinion, you can always fire them before the case is settled.... The attorney at Maloney even said he would renegotiate his fee when I kept asking why the amount of settlement was so low.... Get a second opinion before your settlement don't trust the office in Biloxi as this is the only office I ever dealt with... Much better, more aggressive attorneys exist in Gulfport/Biloxi area

  Robert Louys, Jr. and T. Randall Lyons are both exceptional attorneys. You could not go wrong with this law firm if you have an injury case.
