- ZSZach SterdivantJun 4, 20251.0SCAM SCAM SCAM. THE ABSOLUTE WORST LEGAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! Joel Blackledge is very unethical and rude. Monique as well. This is not a law firm its a circus. These people sold me someone else's property that they did not own and knew they did not own it for 15K. Then tells me that they cannot refund my money. It gets worse- i drove 2 and a half hours for an appointment(that his secretary scheduled)to speak with Joel Blackledge and he comes out and ask me what am I doing there and proceeded to put me out. WOW. SCAM,SCAM,SCAM,SCAM. STAY AWAY
