  I was involved in a hit-and-run and felt like I was out of options, I was even worried my insurance might drop me. Someone hit me from behind after i’d stopped for a pedestrian. Thanks to a friend’s referral, Thomas SanFilippo and Nick Brown helped sort everything out. EVERYTHING I needed was taken care of and they guided me through the entire process. I’m so appreciative of their work! They even got the camera footage to prove I wasn’t at fault, which i didn’t think was possible! Their office manager, staff, Nick and Thomas, were incredibly helpful and responsive to all my questions. Couldn’t recommend them more!

  Great work and great communication! Thomas San Filippo & Associates, helped me after my car accident with a drunk driver who did not have insurance. My questions were always answered in an understanding manor, and the case was closed in less than a year. Will go back if ever needed.

  I was sitting at a stop light when a commercial truck hit me. My son recommended Thomas and I’m glad he did. He did a great job and I was very pleased with the work. They were always very quick to respond to any questions I had or whatever I needed. His staff was always kind, patient and efficient. Five stars.

  I was in a car accident where someone hit me from behind. It was actually a rear-end car accident caused by someone who my lawyer (Thomas SanFilippo) later sought and obtained records that showed that they were almost certainly texting while driving within seconds of them hitting me! The insurance company tried to offer me what I thought was a lot money at the time plus some coverage of my medical bills (which was nonsense and pathetic and insulting as it turned out). Before accepting their offer, a friend recommended I call Thomas SanFilippo and TRUST ME, I AM GLAD I DID. Through Thomas' diligence and expertise, I came out of the process EXTREMELY happy with my compensation as it was many many times more than what the insurance company was trying to buy me off with. Not many people know this, but when you're in a car accident, you don't immediately notice all of your injuries. Some can take weeks or even months to fully manifest and if you don't get them taken care of they can turn permanent. From now on, whenever I hear of anyone getting hurt, I'm going to tell them my story so they can get on it quicker than I did and recommend they call The Law Firm of Thomas SanFilippo & Associates immediately! Thomas and his staff were fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process. From start to finish, I was always kept informed of new developments, what next steps were, and treated with the utmost respect. Thomas helped me work through options and decisions in a very professional manner and made sure I understood every situation.
