  Joan Schwartz is a great person and an even better attorney. She’s very sharp, pays attention to the details, and actually cares about her clients. You can tell she’s not just going through the motions she really fights for you. She kept me updated, explained things clearly, and made the whole process a lot less stressful. I’m really glad I had her on my side.

  I had an excellent experience working with Joan. From the very beginning, Joan was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring.   Beyond rude so unprofessional its very disrespectful when you call a lawyer office and receive the must unprofessional behavior. They have no respect for people with an Ada need. Even after asking for help I was told will there not the law firm for me. Its unbelievable how rude the young lady was. This office was told for me to reach out By the Mayor because they believed in there work. However after speaking about the treatment I received and the disrespecting disregard behavior she was in disbelief. I would not get help from any one that it fine with someone at the desk who talk to customers rude and disrespectful. A strong hate towards people who have an ADA need ... this is an update after reading the response that's an excuse. I'm for sure if I greeted you and spoke to you or anyone in the manner in which your secretary speak to other people it would not be excused. And Ada need is not something to push aside and say well we just won't take your business. Regards of how many clients you have it shows a very dissatisfaction when someone is more speaking of excuses then the realization that hey people deserve to be treated with respect this is how we ended up reaching out to lawyers because we've experienced these things. Disrespect is not angles to making excuse It's correction to the situation
