  I Hired Craig to represent me in a child custody case. The case was dismissed and we had to end up opening another case (though the first case I fired my 1st attorney then hired Craig in the mist of the end of my first case) I was given false assurances. We took the 2nd case to trail. It was a disaster, he let-go of the paralegal who had been working on my case throughout this process, which I was unaware of. Trail had begun and every single part was unorganized, he had me searching through files. He had Jay with him who was also trying to dig at files. Over $40,000 on both cases just to Craig was the worst decision and full of broken promises. Take your money and case elsewhere! Give it to someone who will listen, respect and represent you.

  Perhaps this will refresh your memory. I would not expect anything but your denial of truth. Craig provided his personal number to my wife. I found out when she had a stroke and I called him on her phone with her on speaker as she was not able communicate well after her stroke. When I called the number he answered on the 2 nd ring. I explained who I was. He had his staff run her down on Christmas Eve and then he had his staff to arrange a dinner so he could talk about how he can get more customers like her. I went ahead and joined the dinner and the conversation seemed non productive. So when he asked how i got this number I explained he had provided to her or how else would it be in her phone. No surprise, he was fired. He continued to bill and refused to accept that he had been fired. Craig yelled and had an altercation with us in the court. He showed a lack of control and his display of aggressive anger further aggregated my wife in her medical condition. His billing methods are questionable ie. "thinking about case xyz. Which we noticed on his billing. Since we were under a retainer it doesn’t seem like it’s possible to have no balance, fire your attorney, then get billed for his narcissistic refusal to accept the fact he had been fired. Then billed us for his time driving to and fro. :( He treats his employees poorly as he has one chasing my wife down on Christmas Eve to give her wine but she was from a different town and the late Christmas Eve gift wasn’t welcomed by her or me her husband. But feel bad for the person that was running his errands. He has some good lawyers in his group. He is not one I can recommend.
