- JWJennifer WootenMar 24, 20265.0We hired Luke Henson to work the custody case over my grandson. It was intense. The mother of my grandson decided she wanted to press charges on my son from a year prior. Luke was fighting the custody battle, and at the same time the criminal matter. My son was sentenced to a year in county jail. Luke filed and had him out in seven months. Then the custody case presumed. We was rewarded with everything we asked for. My grandsons mother decided she wanted another round in court only two months after the first round was closed. She wanted supervised visits only on Sundays. Once again, Luke fought hard for us. My grandsons mother made several Children's Division calls on us. Luke handled the cps workers each and every time. He was amazing and once again the case was dismissed. If you want an attorney that will fight in the court room and behind the scenes Luke Henson is definitely who you want representing you. We will be using him for all of our legal matters from this point forward. We will never be able to put in words how thankful we were to have such a wonderful attorney in this matter. Thank you!
