I asked my lawyer (Anne) in a confidential setting, “what do you think is a good deal to take?” And the EXACT dollar she said, is the EXACT offer that the opposing team offered and we settled on because the opposing counsel REFUSED to go higher than that, as if she told them that I would be willing to settle on that offer.. & reluctantly I did. & the fact that she already had a working relationship with the opposing team added to an unknown hidden motive of just looking to win her firm money. I thought that was really suspicious & Looking back on my experience with this team, I wish I would have went with another firm. She also did not do her part in gathering the evidence necessary to get the best possible result. They’re more worried about commission , rather than justice. I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy.
