  I'm not sure how Ben is on other legal issues, but he dropped the ball on my divorce case. I paid up front. Expressed what I was going for an why and was lead to believe it was achievable. I submitted all my paperwork as soon as possible. I relayed all information my daughter was going through with her mother and how I wanted to legally handle it to get her out of the situation she was in. I got no help with it. I'd call and leave messages and no call back. I used the portal for communication and would have to constantly follow up before I'd hear anything back. I found out through the court portal I was going to court for my paperwork not being submitted to the courts. It was 6 weeks after before my paperwork was submitted. Every step of the way I felt more and more stressed. Not only did I lose some of my money on Ben, I had to fork out more money for a different attorney. I do have screenshots of all information and dates of all my paperwork submitted to been along with the volume of messages I had sent to him with the length of time I waited to hear anything back. Meaning I was a client of Bens and have proof. Again, Ben may be great with any other services, but I was truly disappointed with him representing me for a divorce.
