After it was legalized I called to see about an expungement where I was told he’d charge me $1200 “as a discounted price” because I’m a returning client. However, I ended up calling the local court and found out since marijuana was since legalized that it’d get knocked off and there was no reason to hire a lawyer which I know he had to know about. I ended up getting the charge off my record in less than a day when I was told by his office that it’d take weeks and cost me $1200 just by calling the county court’s offices. Just make sure you do your research before hiring because you may be led down the wrong path. When I called to let them know what I was told I was not responded to.
