- CICheri IkerdDec 5, 20252.0Had the unfortunate opportunity to use Brittnee Hill on a case. She over promised and under delivered. Never knew what was going on with the case, did not follow up, and kept billing for time on documents that were specifically NOT on the list of our requests. Documents were filled with errors and misspellings. I felt she only logged time to the case to show billable hours, but did not complete the tasks we originally requested. I did however, have the opportunity to work with Amanda Apple for a short time when Brittnee was unavailable and she was lovely to work with.

Not to mention added junk into paperwork that was never asked for,I'm assuming to just get more money to change it. Absolute joke of a business.

Craig got very creative and was able to get my son more than we ever expected. Mind you we were told from a very well known lawyer in the area that my son would get very little after being paralyzed in a car accident and I just was not willing to accept this and neither was Craig .He worked tirelessly on our case and kept us informed every step of the way .Craig exceeded all expectations and his honesty was needed and appreciated especially in a very emotional situation where your feelings can cloud your judgment and make you unreasonable. If you have had a personal injury and want a straight shooter to tell you your rights and options there is noone else I would recommend more.
