- LWLeAnne WilcoxJun 3, 20231.0I reached out to speak to someone about a class action lawsuit which is large and gaining visibility/momentum; the victims have done a lot of the heavy lifting and it's time to organize under one banner. I was encouraged, because my conversation with Mr Lyons was warm and engaging with some "that's happened in my family" compassion, but the follow-up never happened. I didn't even have time to tell him we'd move forward to pay the retainer. I want to be clear: no one owes us their service - no one is obligated to take the case, but there's an honesty and candor you expect in lawfolk ... an expectation that their customer service will be tight and, instead, it was entirely lacking. It looks like, if CJC cares, you might have a great experience and a satisfying outcome, but I'd have some other options in the wings just in case you get that oh-so-special ghosted feeling. You absolutely do deserve better.
